What it is

How it helps

Pelargonium sidoides contains a range of plant compounds and has been used for centuries by the Zulu, Basuto, Xhosa and Mfengi cultures as a traditional remedy for coughs, the respiratory tract and the digestive system. Umckaloabo means "heavy cough" in Zulu.
