Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at connect@healwellbeing.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We drop ship a selection of our products on demand to ensure access to otherwise hard-to-find items. This means our unique product range is freshly packaged and shipped to you directly from our suppliers.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you do not receive your item, please notify us within 30 days. If we are informed outside of this timeframe, we are unable to accept liability or report the item as lost and will not be able to report this and replace.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
