What it is
The Sleep Earthed Organic Conductive Half Sheet is made in the UK by Sleep Earthed and is the entry level product in the Sleep Earthed range. It is made from soft organic cotton with conductive silver threads woven into the fabric, and comes with a plug and a four metre earthing cable.
How it helps
The silver threads woven into the fabric form a connected earthing grid or matrix. When the sheet is connected with the lead provided to a regular wall socket, it is instantly connected to the outside earth.
The half sheet is usually placed on the bottom half of the bed, so you rest your feet and legs on it. Even though it is just touching your legs, it still means that you are fully earthed and ready to get some quality rest.
Sleeping grounded can help you rest more effectively and recharge the body during sleep. We go from our own experience of using the product, and for us the big win was getting more sleep.

Important information
How to use
Fit the sheet to the bed, attach the earthing cable and plug it into a wall socket. It is that simple to set up.
You can use this half sheet on all beds. It is usually placed at the bottom half of the bed, on top of the existing sheet. Some companies suggest you can place the earthing sheet under the fully fitted sheet.
The socket is usually switched off all the time and there is no need to unplug from the wall when you are not using the sheet. You are only using the earth connection, which is unaffected by the switch on your socket.
You may later like to upgrade to a fully fitted sheet option.
Care instructions
We find it is best to wash the sheet at forty degrees weekly, with a non biological eco detergent and no conditioner. To protect the sheet, wash it separately. Tumble dry on a medium heat.
