Black soybean tea, otherwise known as Kuromame tea, is often wonderfully described as the secret behind how the Japanese maintain their optimal weight and health.
For this tea, we use the rare micro-grain Sengokumame, which is a variety of the Kuro soybean, cultivated in the small town of Hokuryū in Hokkaido.
Known as “miraculous kurosengoku soybeans” in Japan, this herbal tea is particularly popular due to its health benefits, versatility, and sweet, nutty taste with a strong roasted aroma.
