About our immunity mushroom powder
Our Immunity Mushroom Blend combines the immunity-supporting power of eight medicinal mushrooms. These include cordyceps, known for its stamina-boosting abilities, and lion’s mane, which is associated with cognitive health.
High in beta-glucans, which are associated with improved immunity, our mushrooms are grown on natural and organic substrates in carefully controlled conditions to make sure they are as nutritious as possible.

Top tip: Stir ½ tsp (1,000mg) into coffee or soup or simply brew in hot water
How to enjoy:
Mix ½ – 1 tsp up to twice a day into your hot drink, smoothie or yoghurt. Take in cycles of 6-8 weeks. Pause for 1-8 weeks.
Store airtight in a dark place at room temperature. Please recycle our packaging.
Children and pregnant or breastfeeding women should not take functional mushrooms. This is simply because little research has been done into any potential risks to these groups. If you have a medical condition, or take prescription medication, please consult your doctor before using.

"The old Bessarabian countryside – a hidden gem in Eastern Europe – is probably not the place most people would look for inspiration. But the childhood summers we spent there were ones where we breathed in the scents of plums, quince, and goji berries that our grandma scattered to dry over unfolded newspapers.
