What it is
The Sleep Earthed Organic Conductive Fitted Sheet is made in the UK by Sleep Earthed in their own factory in Herefordshire. It is made from soft organic cotton with silver conductive threads and simply replaces your normal fitted bed sheet, connecting you to the earth while you sleep.
How it helps
The sheet goes on your bed as normal and is connected to ground (earth) via a cable and plug that goes into your wall socket. It is a simple way to experience sleeping earthed without being on the ground under the stars.
The fitted sheets have elasticated corners and are manufactured using conductive material across the whole sheet, not just on the top. Although this is more expensive to make, it looks much better on the bed.
From our own experience of using the product, the big win was getting more sleep, and we have found the sheets a valuable tool in helping towards a better night's sleep, which is important for overall wellbeing. Sleeping grounded can help you rest more effectively and recharge the body during sleep.

Important information
How to Use
Fit the sheet to the bed, attach the earthing cable and plug it into a wall socket. The socket can stay switched off at all times, and there is no need to unplug from the wall when you are not using the sheet. You are only using the earth connection, which is unaffected by the switch on your socket.
Care
Wash weekly at forty degrees Celsius with a non bio eco detergent and no conditioner. To protect the sheet, wash it separately. Tumble dry on a medium heat.
