Dimethylglycine is an amino acid, a building block for protein. It is found naturally in plant and animal cells and in many foods such as beans, cereal grains and liver. In the body it is present in very small amounts and for only seconds at a time.
DMG supports the body's production of creatine and phosphocreatine, which fuel energy within the brain and help curb mental fatigue. Because it can cross the blood brain barrier, it can help support brain function, mental acuity and focus.

Directions
Shake well before use. As a food supplement take:
Children aged four to eleven years: half a tablespoon (7.5ml) twice daily.
Aged twelve and over: half a tablespoon (7.5ml) three to four times daily.
The product can also be mixed with a small amount of water or juice if desired.
