A 4-week, double-blind, randomised controlled trial examined the efficacy of DMG in 37 children, aged 3 to 11 years old, with autism or pervasive developmental disorder. 56 The dose of DMG ranged from 125 mg/day to 625 mg/day, based on weight.

Directions
Shake well before use. As a dietary supplement take:
• 4-11 years = 1/2 tablespoon (7.5ml) twice daily
• Over 12 = 1/2 tablespoon (7.5ml), 3 to 4 times daily
Product can also be mixed with a small amount of water or juice if desired.
